The Brady Lab is interested in identifying and characterizing novel transcription factors that contribute to the process of lineage plasticity. We utilize a number of genetically-engineered mouse models (GEMMs), human prostate cancer cell lines, and NEPC patient-derived organoids and perform transcriptomic, cistromic, and epigenomic analysis at the bulk and single-cell level using next-generation sequencing technologies.
