Regulation of chromatin states during progression to NEPC

Last updated date

We are currently investigating how chromatin states are modulated during the progression from castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) to neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC). We utilize CRISPR-mediated gene editing tools coupled with next-generation sequencing approaches to understand changes to chromatin accessibility and epigenetic modifications in the genome.
